Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose:

- To ensure all customer related services and transactions for Corporate, Commercial, Business Banking for both Islami and conventional including Trade Finance are met with high service standards.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with key potential CCBBG and develop these into successful, ongoing business relationships in order to establish a basis for potential business.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Establish good liaison with Head Office, Credits, and other various departments for executing Corporate Commercial and Business Banking (both conventional & Islami)/ business banking customer transactions within defined turn around time.
- Establish good liaison with customers for their day to day banking requirements and professionally manage transaction related documentation requirements.
- Act as first point of contact in understanding customer's requirements / inquiries (telephone or in person), provide proper and full information, that includes account statements, transaction advices, transaction status, any transaction related reports etc
- Receive all kinds of transaction requests from Client for further processing by respective departments as per Standard Operating Procedures (after obtaining necessary approvals from Coverage Team, wherever required) .
- To ensure all Trade License and insurance policies assigned to the Bank are up to date by conducting necessary follow up with clients and proper updates in our systems.
- Maintain full custody of all original documents, LCs, LGs etc with proper excel database for easy tracking and delivery of same to clients with proper acknowledgement in file as per procedure
- Support Abu Dhabi Corporate Commercial Business Banking to ensure quality and timely completion of work to facilitate the smooth functioning of the Branch.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Graduate, preferably in commercially oriented discipline or Higher Secondary education with recognized diploma in Banking.

Experience:

- 3 - 4 years of experience would be preferred.

Skills:

- Good command of English. Arabic language will be an added advantage.
- Report writing skills
- Communications skills.
- Negotiation skills
- Computer skills
