Position Title: Banquet Administrator
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 3.1K AED all-inclusive depending on the experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
Leading hospitality company with catering, restaurant, and cloud kitchen operations in Abu Dhabi.

Job Description:
• Plan with F&B head on the venue layout according to the number of guests and the type of event.
• Determine the number of table waiters and servers required per event being hosted.
• Consult with the Head Chef regarding the timing of meal courses to be served.
• Oversee the seating of guests, the serving of meals and beverages, and the clearing of tables.
• Manage the availability of liquor and soft drinks, when required.
• Answering customers' questions and accommodate their special requests.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• 40 years old and below
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in the same role and must have experience in handling big events with 50-100 guests such school events, weddings, etc.
