Job Description

- Be the driving force behind our bar's magic, bringing your entrepreneurial flair to innovate and delight while keeping our brand sparkle intact.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping an eye on what's hot and what's not, bringing new concepts and initiatives to the table that resonate with our guests.
- Lead our team of Mahouts with your unique style, bringing fresh ideas and a friendly approach to keep our bar buzzing.
- Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
- Be a key player in our community, forging connections and spreading positivity with your warm personality, whilst working closely with our Cluster Marketing team.
- Bring your passion and expertise to the forefront, balancing financial savvy with a down-to-earth attitude.

Requirements

Qualifications

- Along with your friendly demeanor, we're looking for someone with experience building brands, a strong understanding of financial management, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
- A background in hospitality or standalone bar in the UAE is a plus!
