Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
- Hire & Train Staff - identify and evaluate the team's skills and experience; handle schedule and adjust the tasks of team members as necessary.
- Maintain Stock - responsible for constantly monitoring their bar’s inventory and replenishing it as needed in order to strike a balance between overspending and under-stocking.
- Assist Customers - resolve the issue as quickly as possible to maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Report to Manager - regularly report to a designated senior staff member, such as the General Manager on topics such as budgeting, expenditures, staff performance, customer satisfaction and inventory.
- Supervise the bar as a whole as they are at completing small day-to-day tasks to make split-second decisions.

Salary: up to SGD all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian and Eastern European nationalities
- Male, 35 years old and below
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Bar Supervisor from 5 Star hotel or high end bar lounges is an added advantage
- Candidate must be willing to relocate in Singapore
