Position Title: Barista
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus food allowance, tips, and uniform
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A high-end casual dining restaurant, based in Dubai.

Job Description:
- Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
- Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks.
- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.
- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes.
- Sells coffees and coffee grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationals
- 35 years old and below
- Must have at least a high school diploma
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role from a café or coffee shop
