Bartender

Job description / Role

As a Bartender, you'll be at the forefront of our beverage program, creating exquisite cocktails and providing exceptional service to our guests. From classic Italian aperitifs to innovative concoctions, your creativity and expertise will elevate the drinking experience.

Responsibilities:
• Craft a diverse range of cocktails, including classic Italian favourites and signature creations, with precision and flair.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar and monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for service.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to guests, offering recommendations and engaging in conversation about our beverage offerings.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create cocktail pairings that complement our Italian cuisine offerings.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-maintained always.

Requirements

• Italian citizenship or other EU nationality preferred.
• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar, with knowledge of Italian cocktails and beverages.
• Proficiency in mixology techniques and a passion for creating innovative and delicious drinks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
