What we are looking for: Regional Make Up Artist for Givenchy based in Dubai

The Regional Make Up Artist is will be part of an inspirational and approachable team of Regional Education who are committed to elevating the artistry and selling expertise of our store team, providing a memorable shopping experience for our clients, supporting the local and overall Middle East and India Subcontinent organization, and representing Givenchy's voice at a Regional level in the beauty industry

What you'll do:

- Achieve challenging but reachable sales targets, by using advanced sales
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and skills in makeup artistry
- Lead, develop and coach our regional MU Community
- Display and actively facilitate makeup application and knowledge (in-class & in-store)
- Demonstrate high standard of client experience in-store
- Ensure effective in-class and in-store training providing feedback and coaching
- Support all marketing & PR Event initiatives and strongly boost Givenchy profile through Social Media
- You will engage and collaborate with other departments bridging gap for training
- Train and develop the in-store makeup team to deliver the highest level of customer service and to create an addictive experience for our clients
- Motivate and inspire the in-store makeup team by developing customer experience and loyalty through coaching culture and role modelling
- Meet weekly with commercial / marketing to be actively involved in services sales report and action plan
- Produce creative and versatile face Charts for reference, displaying current makeup trends and stylistic representation at local level
- Understand and share up-to-date knowledge of available makeup and beauty products/trends to ensure a competitive advantage at local level
- Demonstrate a practical understanding of lighting, the photographic process, colours, and the impact of makeup processes on the skin through creation and initiation of makeup tutorials,
- Provide makeup application tips & techniques and product information on trends through social media, tutorials and videos
- Support the in-store makeup team by coaching and mentoring, elevating Makeup skills in-store through makeup assessments, beauty classes and live demos
- Facilitate both classroom and in store training/coaching in artistry, with an approach on cross selling on Skincare & Fragrance
- Lead all communication with Marketing & PR department, deciding on best approach/MUA profile to use
- Participate and initiate photo shoots and Press publications to further promote Givenchy in the ME
- Participate in regional offer/brand events, and important product launches at regional level
- Establish strong communication & partnership between all departments including Marketing, Offer, Commercial & Operations to further promote profile and align with training objectives

Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

We see success in the role as having a strong knowledge of the luxury consumer, the competitive landscape of the luxury industry, and an in-depth understanding of the evolving media and digital landscape in order to drive the brand vision regionally and globally, constantly elevating our ability to acquire new customers, retaining existing customers and continuing to drive sales in the luxury/lifestyle category through consumable content.

- Extensive Makeup knowledge (product/trend/theory/colour) and application
- Knowledge on past, current and future trends in beauty, fashion and photo
- Skincare & Fragrance knowledge
- Representing the spirit & DNA of Givenchy and display professional and ethical manners at all times, understanding the Givenchy guidelines and values
- Fully understand the business needs and adapt to the requirements
- Build repour and work closely with the different departments of Givenchy Middle East HO, and France HQ
- High level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation
- Provide high level of services knowledge and application to the MUA community, with an approach including the 3 categories (strong focus on cross-selling with Skincare & Fragrance)
