BI Trainer

Our company is introducing an innovative Business Intelligence software platform, setting a new standard by seamlessly integrating cutting-edge data governance functionality with extensive data visualisation and reporting capabilities. Our comprehensive suite includes a range of self-service BI tools, from executive dashboards and search management queries to dynamic operational reports and advanced multi-dimensional analysis.

In addition, our platform integrates a suite of tools for data ingestion and processing, including dashboards, reports, analytics, chatbots, data catalogues, usage data tracking, data management, queries and ETL processes. We provide a holistic solution that enables businesses to harness the full potential of their data to make informed decisions and gain strategic insights.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Trainer experienced in e-learning and integrating Business Intelligence tools into training programmes. He/she will play a crucial role in the creation, implementation and management of digital training modules focusing on BI tools, aimed at developing learners' skills in this area.

Responsibilities:
You will have a wide range of responsibilities and your main tasks will be as follows:
• Designing digital training courses: Designing, developing and implementing online training modules focusing on BI tools, using innovative teaching methods tailored to learners' needs.
• Learning facilitation: Acting as an e-learning facilitator, guiding learners through their training path, providing ongoing support and encouraging their engagement and active participation.
• Integration of BI tools: Integrate relevant BI tools into the training programmes, ensuring that learners acquire a practical command of these tools and understand their use in a professional context.
• Delivery of training sessions: Deliver interactive online training sessions, using effective public speaking techniques and encouraging learner participation.
• Assessment and follow-up: Assessing learners' progress throughout the course, using appropriate assessment tools, and providing personalised follow-up to ensure effective understanding and application of the concepts taught.
• Continuous improvement: Collaborate with the teaching and technical teams to continually improve the training programmes, taking into account feedback from learners and the company.

Requirements

Qualifications and skills required:
• Mastery of digital content creation tools and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to lead interactive training sessions and encourage learner participation.
• Good listening skills and the ability to adapt training programmes to the specific needs of learners.
• In-depth knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.
• Experience in designing and implementing e-learning programmes, preferably in the field of BI tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Degree in education, computer science or related field would be an asset.

Educational background:
• Graduate Bac+5, Business school, Engineering school or university (preferably in engineering or computer science) / Master's degree in information technology.
