Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Provides bids, compliance and registration management in support of all divisions with particular focus on bids, tenders with all major customers, entities and the authorities.
• Assist in the development and delivery of all bids ensuring pre-qualification questionnaires and all tender documentation are completed.
• Read and analyze the client’s documents to ensure the responses being created respond implicitly to the questions being asked.
• Liaise with the internal key stake holders i.e. Operations, Finance, HR, HSE, Legal, Sales (where applicable) and gather information required to complete the bid/ proposal documents.
• Draft and review bid submission content, ensuring all bids are submitted on time and fully compliant with the client requirements.
• Ensure all proposals are formatted and compliant with company brand guidelines, customer requirements and follow internal quality guidelines.
• Maintain and update vendor /e-registration database and tender submission file.
• File management of master contracts, RFI, EOI, PQQ and all related bid documents
• Process Company e-registration (new/renewal/update) through Portal

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelors in any discipline from a reputable university
• 3-5 years bid coordination and preparation experience
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Preference will be given to candidates with Sales Force or similar system experience.
