Job description / Role
- Coordinating sales to UN agencies (UNDP, FAO, UNICEF, WHO, UNIDO, UNCHR, WFP etc.)
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure proper bids
- Knowledgeable with Government regulatory bodies
- Excellent written and oral command of English
- Shortlisting prospective bids and Bid preparations
- Plan and manage end to end Tender / RFP / EOI / PQQ / RFQ
- Analyse the customer requirements and identify the solution to propose
- Attend pre bid meetings and manage presales for tenders
- Requirement gathering and matching offers with customer requirements
- Ensure that bid costs are accurately estimated and managed
- Suitable for additional work - remote based.
- Outgoing personality and proactive in achieving target. Good selling, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft OS (Powerpoint, Excel and Word)
- Preferable candidate with good sales knowledge, business planning knowledge and logical thinking
- Candidate must be able to analyse and anticipate trends and familiar with latest industry trends
- Candidate must be able to make professional judgement and decision
- Increasing client base by identifying new clients
- Creation strategic sales plan
- Spotting trends and looking for ways to increase sales performance outside of current revenue streams
- Studying local and international industry trends
