Job description / Role
We are looking for multiple Merchandisers and Bikers for a client of ours - a very reputable FMCG distribution company for UAE location.
Job Responsibilities include:
1) Meeting with suppliers, distributors and analysts
2) Negotiating quantities and delivery time-scales
3) Supervising and training junior staff
4) Managing levels and distribution of stock
5) Handling supply/production problems as they arise
6) Setting stock promotions/price reductions as appropriate
7) Assessing sales performance of different ranges
Requirements
You must have the following:
1) Your own bike / car
2) Merchandising experience in UAE
3) Confidence
4) Able to cope with pressure.
5) Teamworking skills.
6) Communication skills.
7) Interpersonal skills.
8) Leadership skills.
9) Strong numerical and analytical skills
