Job description / Role
Charterhouse Partnership is working with a leading international firm who is looking to hire a bilingual Corporate Lawyer to join their established team, you should have three to six years PQE and be fluent in both Arabic and English, with Middle East experience working in a law firm.
This is an excellent opportunity which will involve handling a broad range of commercial and corporate work including shareholder agreements, joint venture's, mergers and acquisitions, as well as establishing companies and subsidiaries in the region.
Requirements
To be considered for this position you should be qualified and have relevant experience which has been gained in common law jurisdiction.
You should have three to six years post qualification experience. It is essential that you have Middle East experience.
