Employment: Full Time

Boutique Director - Dubai Mall and MOE

This role will be to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised and operating costs are managed to drive profitability across the store. Whilst ensuring that The Dubai Mall retail environment delivers, and is seen to deliver, superb, industry-leading customer service.

• Formulate annual operating plans for the boutique including budget, sales & contribution targets, KPI initiatives, staffing and costs
• Manage performance to budget, attend review meetings and formulate tactical plans to ensure targets are met
• Collaborate and decide on buying, pre-commits and sales campaigns for the boutique to ensure that the product offer in line with brand direction
• Be the ultimate brand ambassador, ensure that the pride and belief in The Dubai Mall concept and brand exists with all staff and to the highest level
• Representing and promoting the brand at local key events in order to raise the profile of the store
• Creating a memorable experience in line with brand image Sales, KPIs & Business acumen
• Drive productivity and profitability across the boutique e.g. conversion rates, sales, UPT, ATV, customer data capture etc. Analyse reports to identify deficiencies and opportunities.
• Being commercially aware and responsive to sales trends. Developing business initiatives to ensure sales opportunities are maximised and store objectives are exceeded
• Utilise the available marketing tools (CRM) to maximise brand loyalty in order to drive sales
• Maximise sales and profit by analysing performance through utilisation of commercial tools and KPI’s
• Define, communicate and monitor sales targets and service levels for Store Team. Coach and develop Team to ensure targets are consistently exceeded Customer Service
• Create a client centric culture within the Store.
• To ensure the pre-empt and respond to client needs in order to excel in service standards
• Make a significant personal contribution to the sales targets of the store and promote and support
• To ensure client complaints efficiently and effectively dealt with, whilst handled in line with Company policy.
• Ensure efficient after sales service is maintained across the Home
• Focus on Mystery shop result to drive excellent service Operations
• Ensure store is driving operational efficiencies both front and back of house
• Manage all stock control and delivery procedures in the store and keep shrinkage level below target
• Maintain ownership of the stock package, working with local team to ensure a ‘fit’ with the client profile
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of all Company product and technical information and ensure this is effectively communicated to the team.
• Increase store profitability through the management of store expenditure and controllable costs
• Responsible for the boutique Health & Safety. Ensuring compliancy with all ADL
• Cascade company communication to all members of the store team and lead by example when embracing brand messages
• Feeding back information on issues as appropriate (product, quality, stock levels, clients purchasing patterns etc)
• Ensure image and grooming standards are professional, reflective of the brand and adhered to at all times
• Develop and expand own skills and knowledge to improve performance.
You may be required to undertake such further duties as your skills, qualifications and experience allow and/or as may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time.

Requirements

Profile

3+ years experience increasing sales and profitability within Flagship store.
Must have strong leadership skills and demonstrate a strong leadership background
A strong understanding of luxury products including, menswear, leather, writing instruments, and jewellery.
Team building and management skills.
Numerate with an attention to detail and able to deliver high standards in all locations.
An active interest in luxury lifestyle, excellent rapport building skills.
Good knowledge of the luxury business and the exacting standards of retail operations and visual merchandising required to deliver outstanding sales results.
Arabic and French will be consider a plus.
