Boutique Manager

Job description / Role

This opportunity is with a luxury retail company with a strong presence across the Gulf.

As a Boutique Manager you would cover the entire management of the store, ensure profit maximization through employee coordination and motivation and responsible for attaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. You would additionally be responsible for inventory management, employee staffing and training, handling customer complaints and queries, sales and revenue management, ensuring employee satisfaction and formulating advertising and marketing policies. This job requires multitasking, leadership, and quick decision-making abilities.

Requirements

To be successful you would ideally possess 5+ years of experience in handling day-to-day retail operations with a high-end retailer shops in the market, preferably in a luxury retail business, should have a strong business network, should be from the luxury retail industry. Knowledge of Arabic is a must.
