Position Title: Boutique Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 11K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus incentives

About the Client:
International high-end restaurant and café and premium retail gourmet food boutique
Job Description:
• Management and operation of the entire boutique
• Achievement of overall sales target / budgets
• CRM: Manage and guarantee excellent customer service
• Stock control: adequate ordering, inventory check in/out and storage
• Control of merchandising, display and adequate pricing
• Staff Planning, management and training
• Maintaining awareness of all promotions and advertisements
• Weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting
• Insurance of proper Maintenance and overall shop / staff hygiene
• Perform all functions carried out by boutique staff and salesperson when needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to European nationality
• Female, 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant course
• At least 5 years’ experience in retail sales; 2 years as Senior Sales
• Must have experience in handling a store, branch, boutique, or outlet
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
