- Responsible for the front and back of store operations
- Ensure all KPIS and sales are inline with brand expectations
- Motive and engage a team of 6 Beauty Adviser's
- Manage all VIP clients

Requirements
- 5+ Years in a management position for a luxury brand
- Experience OR a good level of knowledge of the Fragrance and Beauty industry
- Client oriented approach
- Commercially minded
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
