What you'll be doing

TR Brand Manager will be responsible for GIVENCHY and KENZO within 27 accounts in the Middle-East and Indian subcontinent region.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, he/she will be in charge of the implementation of the trade plan aiming at elevating both brand's positioning within TR network as well as Kenzo distributors and direct to retail with AL SHAYA

STRATEGY

He/She collaborates in the definition of the regional marketing strategy and investment priorities of LVMH FB brands in collaboration with the Marketing Director, including:

- Adaptation of global product launches to the region
- Implementation of the trade plan in key accounts
- Negotiation with suppliers to ensure excellence at POS animations - identification of opportunities within makeup to develop the category

TRADE IMPLEMENTATION - MARKETING PLAN

- Build marketing plan adapting international initiatives to the region
- Prepare tailor-made 360° launch/trade plans for key operators
- Review and challenge trade marketing plans with area managers to maximize visibility and impact
- Design strong drive-to-counter & retailtainment concepts - Provide launch reports with monthly regional sell-out performances analysis

ANIMATIONS and MERCHANDISING

- Assure perfect launch execution
- Effectively brief suppliers and follow-up to ensure perfect executions and cost monitoring - Be responsible for budget negotiations with local contractors. Be creative to optimize the budget
- Update planograms with all new key initiatives as well as all permanent visuals

FORECASTS

- In charge of forecasting process for both LVMH FB with full ownership over Saleable, POS, GWPs and samples for all customers in line with budget

TRADE EVENTS

- Elaborate and participate to the sales meetings workshops
- Present 360° launch plans to key accounts/sales force if needed

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

- Experience of 2-3 years in similar marketing roles within the beauty industry, mainly on fragrances and with knowledge/curiosity on make-up (Business in TR: 78% fragrances / 20% makeup / 2% skincare)
- Experience in Travel Retail within the ME region
- Experience with dealing and negotiating with suppliers in the region
- Experience with forecasting tools and P&L budget monitoring
- Fluent in English
- Microsoft Office
