Brand Manager - Beauty

Charterhouse is working with a Beauty distribution company, who is looking to hire a proactive and entrepreneurial Brand Manager with commercial responsibilities to look after a portfolio of high-end international beauty brands with presence in the Middle East region.
The purpose of this role is to oversee a portfolio of brands which are under umbrella of our client. The Brand Manager will report directly to the COO and the CEO of the company and is expected to work independently, with a high level of autonomy.
The role will be responsible for monitoring sales targets, including sell-in and sell-out, development of sales strategies, setting and monitoring the targets and KPIs for the retailers, monitoring the stock levels, ensuring the VM standards are met and training the retail teams in order to ensure their product knowledge.
One of the key aspects of this role will be to manage the relationships with the brands’ stakeholders, retailers, visual merchandisers and installation companies. In addition, the Brand Manager will execute the new product launches and activations, support the marketing team and conduct daily, weekly and monthly analysis and forecasts.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a similar position and a relevant University Degree. The role requires strong commercial focus, analytical skills, proficiency in using all tools of MS Office and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
You should be very proactive and eager to take initiative and must be capable of working with a high level of autonomy. You must be flexible and willing to travel outside of the UAE.
