Salary: up to AED 15,000 based on experience
Our Client is a leading German manufacturer and global supplier of hand tools
Originating from Europe they pride themselves as a preferred brand in Construction, HVAC, Auto industries as well as for domestic purposes
A 4th generation family-owned company dating back to the 18.00s, the company has a presence in almost every country on every continent
As a result of forecasted growth within certain sectors in the market, we are seeking a Brand Manager to join their team
The key role, reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, is responsibility for various marketing activities for their brands
Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
• Assist the Sales team in product planning and tracking of stock movement
• Research and develop marketing plans and promotions to create brand awareness in the market
• Typical communication of the products and services would be through Classic Communication (catalogues, brochures, leaflets, displays, signboards etc.)
• Actively get involved in utilizing digital communication formats in (social media, E-mailings etc.)
• Digital Sales Coordination
• IP (Intellectual Property) Protection
• Prepare and coordinate product launches
• Prepare and implement exhibitions across the MEA region where necessary
• Develop and execute product training for internal staff, customers and end users
• Conduct competitor analysis within the market
• Regular communication and reporting with various departments in Head Office Germany
• Occasional travel required within the region
Requirements
• Diploma or degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or similar
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales/business development in any of the above mentioned industries
• Experience in the (hand) tools industry is an advantage
• Previous experience within the UAE is essential
• Encourage and possess a Hands-on mentality
• Relevant product or industry knowledge preferred
• Project management experience handling B2B environment is preferred
• Excellent knowledge in MS office and SAP R3
• Excellent communication and presentation skills is essential
• Posses a UAE driving license
