Job description / Role
• Assist Brides through their wedding dress shopping process
• Inform brides about the range of styles, colors and cuts they can select from
• Ensure smooth communication with all brides through our means of communication
• Suggest wedding dress based on each customer’s body type and personal taste
• Inform customers about the range of styles, colors and cuts they can select from
• Style bridal looks with jewelry, veils, and headpieces
• Help brides try on dresses and accessories
• Take measurements and arrange alterations on dresses
• Provide accurate information about gowns, like pricing and materials
• Schedule dress fittings with clients
• Coordinate delivery, pick-up and return of dresses
• Participate in bridal expos to promote our store and wedding dresses to potential customers
• Assist with store merchandising, stock counting, stock-receiving
Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic lady to join our dynamic team as a Bridal Consultant at The Bridal Showroom
• Full of energy, loves meeting new people
• Positive attitude
• Passionate about fashion - Bridal obsession is always an added bonus
• Customer oriented - Our Brides are our utmost priority
• Previous experience in luxury retail or luxury customer service
• Working knowledge in Microsoft office
• Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
• Reliable
• Be able to be part of a team
• Be able to work under pressure and in a high energy environment
• Must work on Fridays and Saturdays - Mondays are off
