Job description / Role
The following are the general job descriptions of the role which will later be specified during the later stages of the interview process:
• Create and revise budgets in tendering/estimation department
• Prepare budgets according to the company guidelines
• Communicate with managers and make amendments to budgets
• To create budget directives and ensure it is applied accordingly
• Perform financial analysis and forecast project revenue and expenses
• Analyze budgeting and accounting reports and enforce expenditure controls
• To prepare fiscal allocation, cost analysis, and budget preparation
• Track revenue and expenditures of the company and prepared reports
• To Compare and negotiate prices of goods and services rendered by vendors and subcontractors
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Requirements
• Candidate must at least have a bachelor’s degree
• Must have working experience in the UAE working for reputable construction firms.
• Must have experience working in Estimation/Tendering departments.
• Must have experience working on Roads and infrastructure projects.
• Must have a working knowledge of Estimation/tendering software like CCS Candy.
