Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Objective:
• To assist CFO in the core financial accounting and reporting function.
• To oversee the overall budget, reporting and compliance.
• To coordinate as a backup for GL in charge.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and perform the annual pre and post budgeting process and all related monthly, quarter updates along with daily monitoring Purchase requisitions towards ensuring budgetary control in place.
• Perform Budget vs actual reports with proper justification of periodic deviations and KPIS analysis reports.
• Handling periodic management reporting activities.
• Submitting financial statements summary & detailed (Trial Balance, P&L, Balance sheet and cashflow ) and ensure accuracy of all reported financial information.
• Manage financial compliance, applicable rules, policies and procedures, system compliance, accounting manual and marinating chart of account.
• Coordinate with all the concerned for timely financial closures, deadline reporting a budget submission for approval.
• To attend an internal audit requirement and update the accounting policies and procedures and suggest updating in line with IFRS and business requirements.
• Backup for the GL in charge, audit courses, and VAT related activities.
• Perform any other management accounting assignments required by CFO and coordinate with the other senior staff in finance to ensure the entire finance department duties are performed accurately and in timely manner.
• Participate in enhancing automation coaching junior team member to enhance financial and technical skills.
• Perform other tasks that are closely related to the position, as assigned by the Line Manager/HOD.

Requirements

Requisite Qualifications:
• Graduate in Financial Accounting with CA/ ACCA/ CPA.
• Certification in IFRS.

Experience Requirement:
• With 5-10 Years of Experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry.
• Working experience in Microsoft offices and financial applications. Report preparation skills.
