Job description / Role
• Consults with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
• Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new processes and enhancements to existing processes; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users
• Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents, functions and requirements.
• Assesses the risks of various solutions
• Coordinates project delivery
• Negotiates contracts, manages relationships, and monitors vendor performance against SLA
• Manages ongoing relationship with suppliers; proactively resolves satisfaction issues
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Policy fields
• Demonstrated ability to communicate (both verbal and written)
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Basic understanding of information technology and business concepts
• Familiarity with general business functions
• Problem solving and strong communication skills
