Job description / Role
To support the Head of Business Analysis in creating management reports and conducting various analyses as needed. Engage in compiling, processing, and examining data for closing, rolling forecasts, and business plans, while also enhancing reporting and decision-making tools. Contribute to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for specific markets, scrutinize sales data, and identify risks and opportunities.

Description
Reporting
* Ensure timely delivery of monthly and quarterly financial reports for specific markets, emphasizing thorough analysis and commentary for diverse stakeholders.
* Prepare monthly Profit and Loss statements for customers, conducting comparisons against previous years and rolling forecasts.
* Oversee all reporting tasks within Polaris, the PR group reporting tool.
* Provide support to Sales, Marketing, and Operations by suggesting and implementing analytical tools.
* Aid in ad hoc reporting and project assignments.
* Monitor the progression of handling and distribution costs.
Rolling Forecasts/ Business Planning
* Actively participate in and question Demand Review Meetings (DRM) for designated regions.
* Place significant emphasis on analyzing sell-in, sell-out, and trade stock to identify risks and opportunities.
* Utilize the latest forecasts to simulate financial scenarios, highlighting any deviations from the budget.

Requirements
Qualifications:
* Possess a postgraduate degree with a specialization in accounting or finance, such as being a qualified (CA, ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with post-qualification experience.
Experience:
* Have 4 to 5 years of prior experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) roles within FMCG or similar large corporations.
* Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
* Demonstrate strong logical and analytical problem-solving abilities.
* Exhibit a goal-oriented mindset, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Uphold a strong ethical code and maintain high personal integrity.
* Capable of working efficiently under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
* Possess excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Background:
* Ideally, have a background in F&B Production or FMCG industries.
