Business Analyst - (Integration of Sales and Operational)

Job description / Role

We are looking for Business Analyst – (Integration of Sales and Operational) with extensive knowledge on systems with back-office ERP ECC/S4HANA (FI/CO, PP, SD, MM), Ariba, Success Factors. You will be part of a team that will analyze customer business strategies and plans, processes and practices as well as industry trends and make recommendations in quantifiable terms on where IT system changes could produce benefits such as reduction in unit cost of operation, enhanced productivity and improved decisions.

Requirements

Applications are sought from those with experience in the following key areas;

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar discipline
• In-depth experience of AGILE/SCRUM methodologies
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar capacity in related Business areas, with in-depth experience in the transportation industry
• Previous experience in Integration of Sales and Operational systems with back-office ERP ECC/S4HANA (FI/CO, PP, SD, MM), Ariba, Success Factors
• Must have strong Domain knowledge of Travel, Airport Operations or Catering (Manufacturing) industries
• Design and develop XSD’s for business services and integration
• Drive overall integration design and development
• Demonstrate capability to: Work with ERP SI to ensure source data adequacy for transformation to end operational and sales systems
• Create and maintain integration design documents
• Develop standards, process flows and tools that promote and facilitate the mapping of data sources, documenting interfaces and data movement across the enterprise
• Assist with the development of service oriented business processes
• Participate in high-level system design and contribute to technical design documents
