Business Coordinator

Business Coordinator - Europe

Company: A leading company in the building material industry.

KRAs:
- Enable, enhance and empower the country teams for the seamless performance of their objectives and goals which are defined in their respective business plans.
- Coordinate to make marketing plans
- Enable VM based schemes and plans
- Support in terms of price and product bench marking
- Enable the MIS and review mechanisms
- Coordination with business teams and business heads at Head Office for providing seamless support to the teams
- Provide back-up for all BTL activities and local events
- Support field and project activity periodically
- Work with credit insurance agencies and monitor receivables
- Handling issues like sales return, warehouse stocks, credit notes, debit notes, agent commissions etc.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Profile & Personality
- Pleasing personality, good interpersonal skills and good communication skills in English.
- Self-starter, self-motivated and keen on building a career with the company.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications.
- Graduate with postgraduate qualifications preferably in Business Management.

Experience.
- 3 to 5 years experience in front line sales.
- 2 to 4 years post-sales experience in brand management / product management.
- Must have worked with good brands, preferably consumer brands.
- Exposure to brand-building, marketing and advertising.
- Preferable to have worked with a reputed company with a global outreach.

Skills and expertise.
- Good analytical skills – high level of MS office proficiency.
- Good presentation and man-management skills.
- Ability to establish rapport with team members.
- Teamwork and team player.
