Job description / Role
International IFA Business Development Program
deVere Group has now implemented a new IFA Business Development program into the international company structure for individuals to be trained at our Dubai training academy, prior to relocating to designated offices.
The development training program intake commences on the 21st of January 2018 and progresses for 6 weeks. Upon successful completion, the International relocation to your designated office will then follow.
Successful candidates will be provided with:
• 6 weeks of intensive training with deVere training/product specialists
• High caliber, tried and tested financial sales and business development training
• A structured training program to obtain industry recognized qualifications from the CISI
• Fast-tracked career progression into the field as a Wealth Manager further to completion of course
• 50% capped, 200 Pounds maximum flight cost refund on arrival
• 1200 Euro monthly salary, prorata, during 6-week program
• 50% capped, 300 Euro maximum accommodation allowance during 6-week program
• As a Financial Services provider and private bank, we provide intensive in-house training so you can hit the ground running with our varied portfolio of tailored products and investment options
The training program incorporates but is not limited to:
• Researching the market and identifying new opportunities through structured business planning
• Growing your network through social media and external business networking channels
• Working closely with other departments to develop new opportunities through referrals
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced and rapidly changing corporate environment
• Identifying clients’ needs and providing them with tailored business or personal solutions
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Working to weekly and monthly targets through the prospecting of the above channels
• Classroom study and tutoring to achieve CISI (Chartered Institute for securities and Investment)
Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
• Fluency in written and spoken English communication (native speakers preferred)
• Be target driven, is a self starter and is extremely motivated
• Ability to build relationships with people from multiple nationalities, jobs and industries
• Eagerness to develop a career in Financial Consultancy
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
• Ideally be between 25 to 35 years old
• Well presented and well groomed
• Previous industry experience is preferred but not essential
• Cold calling/sales experience or ability to communicate effectively over the phone
• Ability to sell with previous selling experience
Outstanding candidates will be able to step up into the Wealth Manager position upon completion of the course with the option of being on a annual Salary structure of 45000 EURO + 5% commissions OR Uncapped commission structure.
