Setelia is a consulting company specialized in Telecom and Information Technology (IT). We are also specialized in the mobile technology and multimedia services industry.

Our company is a human-sized structure that continues its development in France and internationally.
Setelia has developed its business around four links in the chain of telecom stocks: networks, mobile
phones, SIM cards and embedded applications. On the IT industry, the company is working on the integration and development of new system technology, network and Security.

We are actively looking for a « Business Developer/Manager » in order to develop our activity in the GCC (UAE, KSA…). Under the supervision of the Sales Director in Paris (CCO), you will take part in the entire business development and management process.

Responsibilities and duties:

- You will be in charge of studying, prospecting and developing the local market.
- Participate in the establishment and development of our company’s activity and identify the customers’ needs.
- Implement the company's strategy with the CCO in order to perpetuate current contracts and guarantee the opening of new accounts
- Managing the business proposal, the evaluation of the business profitability, the negotiation with the client, the financial conditions of the contracts until the conclusion of the deal and the supervision of the Delivery with our Technical team in collaboration with our CTO
- Ensure a good level of reporting and participate in sales meetings.


- Holder of a Master’s degree from a business school, you’ve got a successful experience in selling services, ideally acquired within a consulting company.
- You have solid knowledge in the world of IT and Telecom, as well as strong negotiation skills.
- You are recognized for your investment, your rigor, your enthusiasm, your organization as well as your autonomy.
- You are an excellent communicator, you like to take up new challenges with an innate sense of service.
- You demonstrate dynamism and you succeed in an environment where a sense of result and team spirit are essential values.
- An excellent level of English is required (good command of Arabic is a plus).
