Job description / Role
My client is a well-established EPC contractor engaged in large-scale construction projects for the offshore oil and gas industry. They would like to hire a Business Development Manager/Director for their Middle East Business to be be based in UAE. It is essential that candidates will have a minimum of 7-10 years around EPC lump sum fixed price sales.
Requirements
The individual will be a qualified engineer from either a mechanical, structural or process background and have a proven track record of identifying opportunities, presentation of a compelling business development strategy, systematic follow up and winning the business. In this respect all candidates must be able to demonstrate a track record of successful and profitable closes. This person will have a current network of potential and existing clients across the region and internationally. Computer literacy and the ability to prepare compelling presentations are required
This person will have a strong leadership style with effective presentational skills with fluency in English being essential as well as computer literacy. There is an attractive expatriate package with a dynamic reward structure recognising Group and personal achievements.
