Job description / Role
We are recruiting a Business Development Executive to join our expanding Sales and Marketing Team, who can continue to deliver on our success of being the UAE’s largest outsourcing company combining service excellence with exclusive delivery capabilities.
This is a great opportunity to transition your sales experience into a new industry, as we will provide you the training to understand our solutions, the tools to be able to confidently pitch and close successful business opportunities and you will be responsible to successfully own the role.
Reporting to the Business Development Director, the Business Development Executive will be responsible to identify and secure business revenue and contracts by driving and closing sales opportunities for Transguard Group across all business units. You will have ownership of the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation, client management, pricing proposals, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
You will be targeted to grow new business, drive your sales channel to achieve budgeted revenue and grow market share from competition.
The Business Development Director will manage, coach and motivate the team of Executives and Managers to ensure you are able to position Transguard the preferred partner of choice for all outsourced manpower solutions.
Requirements
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a successful track record of closing sales in a high pressured sales environment, managing a sales pipeline of prospects, strong analytical and commercial skills, proven networking skills and be a self-driven, motivated individual. Must have minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial sales role.
