Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
• Actively seek out new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and research companies to target
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Utilize extensive tele sales background to boost sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Devise strategies to enhance business development efforts.
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
• Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
• Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
• Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
• Maintaining client activities in CRM
• Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client for specific business needs
• Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
• Developing rapport with key decision makers
• Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
• Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of experience in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience as a Tele Sales, Sales Executive or Business Development Executive
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient negotiation and sales abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong business acumen.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
