Employment: Full Time

A beauty distributor based in Dubai is seeking a Sales Executive who has strong relationships with top beauty salons and spas across the region. We are looking for an individual who has a minimum of 5 years sales experience within the UAE, preferably B2B within beauty & spa industry.

* Independently generate leads to acquire new clients that meet & exceed the set targets
* Manage full sales cycle from lead to close
* Maintain and develop key relationships with existing / potential customers, accurately update customer's records
* Schedule meetings, call-backs and follow-ups and ensure continued communication with clients
* Strong knowledge of products and services, in order to successfully present and sell to existing and potential customers
* Liaise with the operations team to monitor the level of stock/inventory to ensure projected sales are able to be met
* Provide management with a regular reports outlining projected sales plan
* Represent the company and company's products at local and regional trade shows
* Analyse sales (sell in / out) and suggest and implement approaches to exceed sales targets to increase market share
* Define with in-store team/managers the retail objectives & investment priorities
* Work closely with trainer and distributors on Premium Therapist Management
* Monitor competitor's activities & performances & report to Management
* Ensure existing accounts are monitored obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
* Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
* Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
* Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks
* Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

* Willingness to progress with a fast growing business
* Able to generate customer opportunities, to network / develop / maintain business relationships
* Self-motivated, goal oriented with superior work ethic
* Knowledgeable of professional sales processes
* Proven record and ability to attain monthly sales quota
* Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills, including good listening skills, the ability to present information with clarity and negotiating at various levels
* Effective time management skills, superior negotiation skills, proven territory / vertical market sales development skills
* Possesses superior follow-up skills with the ability to respond under pressure
* Experience as a beauty therapist is preferred but not essential
