Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Pre-Sales:
• Identify and qualify potential clients for enterprise solutions, focusing on ODOO ERP.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to gain insights into client needs and industry trends.
• Create compelling presentations and tailored proposals aligned with client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.

Post-Sales:
• Ensure smooth transitions from the sales phase to implementation, meeting client expectations.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing concerns and queries promptly.
• Gather valuable client feedback to contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure successful project completion.

Upsell/Cross-Sell:
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or modules.
• Conduct regular account reviews to pinpoint areas for improvement or expansion.
• Work closely with existing clients, understanding evolving needs, and proposing relevant solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns promoting additional services.
• Achieve and exceed upsell/cross-sell targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in selling ERP/Enterprise Solutions in the UAE market.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Established clientele and a robust network within the UAE business community.
• Previous experience in selling ODOO solutions, with collaboration experience with ODOO partners being highly preferred.
• Demonstrated negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable:
• Experience operating in an ISO27001/Cyber Essentials accredited organization.
• Familiarity and knowledge of ODOO ERP/CRM/HRM/ MRP.
