Job description / Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with minimum 2 years experience in a reputed banks property management division or 2 years experience in a reputed real estate company in UAE.
Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
• Locates potential business deals by contacting potential landlords, discovering and exploring opportunities
• Protects organisation's value by keeping information confidential
Requirements
• The incumbent would hold at least 2 years of relevant experience with reputed real estate company in UAE or in a reputed banks property management division.
• Analytical capability combined with strategic thinking
• Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiating skills
• Proactive thinking with detail-oriented and creative problem solving approach
• Experience in Market research
• Knowledge of Real Estate market in UAE
• Valid UAE driving license
Salary: Based on experience +Fuel Expense+Salik+Mobile Connection+Medical Insurance +Two way air tickets annually to home country
