Business Development Manager

One of the leading property Developers in Cyprus, due to expansion, is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for its offices in Dubai. This is an excellent career opportunity which will allow one to work with a dynamic group of people.

The Business Development Manager will lead the expansion of the company’s business network and sales in the UAE and all other GCC countries.

Main requirements of the position will be:
- The expansion of the company’s network of Associates and Agents in the UAE and all other GCC countries.
- The planning, organisation and participation in private events and seminars
- The development of business campaigns, organisation and participation of exhibitions, conferences and summits.
- Generating direct prospects, handling their requirements, and providing information about the company’s products and services.
- Training sales personnel of Agents and Associates on the company’s projects and services.
- Job experience – requirements and skills:
- The successful candidate must have at least five years’ experience in a business development role in the UAE and GCC countries, preferably in the real estate or financial sectors.
- The applicant must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, solid presentation and organisational skills.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and IT communication systems.
- Flexible working hours and willingness to travel extensively

Requirements

- University degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or any other related field.
- Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of Arabic will be considered a strong advantage.
