Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The primary purpose of this role is to acquire fresh business by selling but not limited to Gift, Travel cards and/or Payroll cards whilst providing impeccable service to the existing clientele. The incumbent will be responsible for managing individual, and if applicable, team targets and ensure that overall responsibilities are adhered to whilst protecting and presenting the organization with sincerity and integrity. He/She would also be responsible for developing new strategies to target the Exchange Houses and to attain optimum business in the long term.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Work in conjunction with the Director of Prepaid
• Develop and implement a sales plan and pipeline to achieve the agreed goals and sales targets
• Develop corrective strategies to increase sales productivity and acquire corporate clients as assigned.
• To achieve the annual target as assigned whilst sustaining an incremental increase in corporate clientele.
• Tie-up with Exchange Houses in the UAE and try to maximize the extent of the business relationship by selling and cross selling company products
• Targets will be assigned on monthly basis in proportion to the agreed annual individual or if applicable team target.
• Oversee the end-to-end fulfillment process of all related products
• Ensure an effective and timely settlement and reconciliation process is achieved and communicated to the client by working in close cooperation with the finance team
• Report any delays in order fulfillment to prepaid operations Dept. and direct line manager
• Measure weekly outputs to improve personal productivity to ensure monthly targets and associated revenue deliverables are achieved
• To adhere to company's Finance policies and procedures
• Comply and strictly adhere to KYC and KYB guidelines as outlined by the Finance and Compliance Department
• Ensure processes such as KYC/KYB and related functions are within control to withstand surprise check of files or documents to ensure non-compliance and adherence to audit guidelines of the Finance department.
• Keep abreast with current and full knowledge of company products and policies to ensure the right information is conveyed to customers and corporate clients.
• Endorse HR policies and abide by them strictly to avoid confrontation and noncompliance.
• Ensure that customer complaints are handled carefully to avoid complaints of repetitive nature
• Provide market feedback to the line manager at regular intervals as per prevailing competition in the market on best efforts basis.
• Attend periodic training to keep abreast with products and policies
