The Role

Engage Selection are currently working with a leading main contractor in the Middle East that are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for their Dubai office.

The successful candidate must have previous experience of working for a Main Contractor in the construction industry in the UAE, preferably on multi million hospitality projects.

- More than 5 experience years in UAE
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- Proven track record of winning large projects
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated
- Preferably Arabic or English speaking
