Business Development Manager

One of the leading property Developers in Cyprus due to expansion is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for its office in Dubai. This is an excellent career opportunity which will allow one to work with a dynamic group of people. The Business Development Manager will lead the expansion of the company’s business network and sales in the Gulf countries.

Salary:
AED 8,500 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Main requirements of the position will be:
- The expansion of the company’s network of Associates and Agents in the Gulf countries.
- The planning, organization and participation in private events and seminars
- The development of business campaigns, organization and participation to exhibitions, conferences and summits
- Generating direct prospects, handling their requirements and providing information about the company’s products and services.
- Training sales personnel of Agents and Associates on company’s projects and services

Job experience requirements and skills:
- The successful candidate must have minimum three years’ experience in a business development role in the Gulf countries, preferably in real estate or financial sectors
- Will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, solid presentation and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic languages.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and IT communication systems
- Working hours flexibility and willingness to travel extensively

Academic qualifications:
- University degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or any other related field
