Job description / Role
We are on the look out for an experienced, well-connected Business Development Executive/Manager with strong experience in working within the construction sector.
Our client needs someone who can break down barriers to entry for new clients whilst also building on the relationships they already have and getting more out of their current clients.
You'll be very much arranging meetings with new clients and play a big part in negotiating fresh terms.
This role is a offering around a AED25k basic + 3% commission up to target and then a 5% after target.
Requirements
- Proven track record establishing new clients
- Local experience within the construction sector (ideally anything to do with fit out)
- Effective where it comes to finding new connections and capitalizing on lead generation
- Available to start within 4 weeks
- Well connected across Dubai (or UAE) that would allow you hit the ground running
