Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a diverse client services organisation based in Dubai. The role will promote and generate sales through lead channels, scoping new areas of development, strategic partnerships and acting as the face of the business for the client. Developing and liaising with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) the company provides a range of services including legal advice, wealth management and company incorporation. Therefore, knowledge in any one of these areas is absolutely essential to this role.

As an ambassador for the company, the successful applicant will represent the organisation in a professional and strategic manner to develop client services and relationships, commercial intelligence and market awareness to further enhance the position of the company in their sector across the region and globally. You will source and maximise a consistent pipeline of business and leave no lead un-turned as you navigate your sales expertise through networking events, word of mouth referrals and brand positioning of the company. You will achieve a high sales performance, contributing to the ongoing growth of the organisation and be rewarded with a highly competitive commission structure to benefit your hard work and tenacity.

The role is responsible for customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management and will manage the client portfolio and advise them on the most appropriate services solution. Actively developing new business, you will also manage key accounts and be the point of contact for those clients. The highest standards of customer service are expected, thereby increasing the satisfaction and quality of experience and managing the process to deliver high levels of cost-clarity and customer satisfaction at all times. Key skills include strong sales negotiation skills, emphatic listening, and organisational ability in the pursuit of converting leads into sales. You will constantly recognize and explore opportunities and areas for future development and present these to the Management Team and contribute to the development of marketing materials, promotions, and digital content.

Requirements

The successful applicant should hold a degree of any discipline and at least 3 years of experience within onshore company formation, trust companies, wealth management or legal and tax services within a business development capacity. A strong negotiator and influencer you will be viewed as an expert in your field of specialism and a credible source of information, thus demonstrating effectively the services that the organisation offers. Accurate administration, solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office, alongside near native English language capabilities and excellent personal presentation are essential to this new vacancy.
