Position Title: Business Development Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 13K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A well-established group of companies with expertise in diversified business units such as technology, healthcare, real estate, tourism, food & beverage and hospitality

Job Description:
• Research and find best locations & landlords for rentals
• Build good relationship with the contracting companies, agents, and landlords
• Negotiate and deal with lawyers, easily understand terms & conditions
• Supervise skills of newly opening business functions (restaurants)

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Female Arabic speakers
• Minimum 5 Years in UAE market. Good experience in the QSR/Real Estate is an added value.
• Must be knowledgeable of UAE laws and regulations of contracts
• Good negotiation skills
• Intellectual in data search, analyzing, and understanding
• Professionally groomed with good physical appearances
• Candidates should have strong experience & good reputation, especially in the UAE
