We do this through our dedicated team of full-time staff in Denmark, the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, and the United States.

The mission of the role will be to secure the growth and sales targets for Scancruit by identifying new business opportunities and boosting the client database.

What to do:

• Growing existing business with clients
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Boost company growth (client base)
• Market research to find new leads/customers
• Present the full range of services to customers and influencing parties using appropriate methods and with clear communication of the company value propositions
• Understand customers’ needs to provide the best value and service
• Enter data, manage update information in a timely manner on the CRM
• Continuously build business pipeline and provide sales forecasts

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role (preferably in the recruitment industry)
• Experience and network in the Middle East
• An ambitious, outgoing personality with a desire to work with people
• Sales skills and a proactive mindset
• A willingness to learn and keenness to develop themselves personally
• An international growth mindset
