Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our client's growing commercial team in Dubai, UAE.
The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in business development within the GCC region, with a strong ability to foster lasting relationships with both B2B and B2C clients. While prior experience in the luxury furniture sector is highly preferred, we are open to candidates with experience in other luxury product segments.
• As a key representative, you will be responsible for extensive travel to meet both existing and potential clients across the UAE.
• Your engagements will involve understanding client needs and presenting their luxury furniture collections and tailored solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders, including interior designers, architects, real estate developers, and individual luxury homeowners.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand their market presence in the UAE.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting their luxury furniture collections and tailored solutions to clients, ensuring their utmost satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the luxury furniture industry. Utilize this knowledge to inform product development and sales strategies.
• Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and establish strategic partnerships.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, ideally in the luxury or high-end furniture sector.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with the luxury market and design trends.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
• Proactive, results-driven, and innovative in approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record in business development within the GCC market, with a preference for candidates experienced in luxury furniture or other luxury product segments.
• A strong network of contacts within the GCC luxury industry, including interior designers, architects, real estate developers, and luxury homeowners.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
