Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the cleaning chemicals industry and a proven track record of driving business growth and expanding market share. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the business development initiatives and contribute to the company's success in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the Hospitality and Health Care industry.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets for the company's products and services.
- Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and sustainable business growth
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, sales forecasts, and market insights to the senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Company Car, Commission, Health insurance and Company Visa

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the cleaning chemicals industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving business growth, and expanding market presence.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and a network of contacts within the hospitality and health care is preferable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
