Position Title: BD Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 28K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus annual incentives and fuel allowance

A well-established company that specializes in industrial automation and telecommunication products

Job Description:
• Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
• Increase market share by winning new customers in target markets in the Middle East region.
• Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
• Achieve and exceed the new business targets by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Salary:
AED 28,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: annual incentives and fuel allowance

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities
• 55 years old and below
• Must have at least 10 years’ experience in business development or sales, with a focus on industrial automation products, industrial network connectivity, or industrial wireless communications
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the Middle East market, of which at least 2 years must be in the UAE market
• Must have UAE valid driving license and own car
