Job description / Role
Our client an established Interior Fit Out company specializing in hospitality, leisure, retail and commercial in the UAE is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join in their Dubai Office. The candidate must have strong connections and experience in working with main contractors, consultants, designers and suppliers in the interiors fit-out industry in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new businesses.
- Maintain existing client relationships.
- Conduct market research.
- Maintain and expands customer base.
- Following up and be updated the projects progress to be updated with the feedback/ the satisfaction level of/on/from the clients in order to maintain a healthy business relationship.
- Drive customer target identification of project pipeline management in the region.
- Building business relationships and taking ownership of key accounts.
- Prepare and present the post tender presentations.
- Attend mid and post tender meetings for negotiation and finalization.
Requirements
Required:
- More than 5 experience years in UAE
- Strong client network
- Engineering background
- Proven track record of winning large projects
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated
- Good English written & oral communication
