Business Development Manager Up To 10k Aed+ For A Leading Real Estate Agency In Dubai

• Develop Property Management division (Introduction to Landlords – Free hold and lease hold) in Dubai
• Build the property management portfolio and the property management team
• Win exclusive leasing and property management contracts for the company

Requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Any nationality preferably Arabic Speaking
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
• Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any related
• Minimum 7 years of experience the Real Estate Business
• Should have own data base of landlords and should have the necessary contacts with high profile investors and building owners within GCC
• Extensive analytical skill and must be a team player and able to work with multi-national team
• Excellent communication skills
