Job description / Role
- Assess markets, target on customers and competitors, focus on bringing new customers.
- Sell and manage the companies Fit-out projects, and services
- Identify and qualify leads while consistently closing business in order to meet or exceed the sales budget.
- Study the project well in order to help for a competitive pricing.
- Follow-up & maintain existing and new clients.
- Co-ordinate with the Engineering and Design Department in order to meet the exact requirement of the client.
- Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, designers and major real estate developers.
- Administration, Project Support as well as Client integration.
- Achieve sales budget and pre-defined targets.
- Identify and filter the right client and project prior to Lead Registration preparation.
- Monitor industry trends and competition.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as Business Development in an Interior fit-out company in UAE.
- In depth knowledge of UAE market especially in Interior fit-out industry.
- Knowledge of interiors competitors and industry peers.
- Should be confident and energetic individual.
- Good Presentation & Computer skills.
- Driving license is a must.
