Business Development Manager – Interior Fit Out (Retail & F&B)
Our client is a rapidly expanding and progressive Interior Fit Out Contractor who predominantly specialize within the F&B and retail markets. Due to recent growth, they are now seeking a talented and dynamic Interior Fit Out Business Development Manager to increase opportunities.
Job Description
• Generating sales, sell and negotiate prices, prepare contracts and close deals.
• Maintain and follow up on current clients.
• Identify, meet and conclude new business deals.
• Develop a client database with up-to-date information on market trends and competitors.
• Develop and nurture relationships with all potential Consultants, Customers and agencies.
• Ensure that release orders are communicated as scheduled to coordinators and accounting department.
• Help the accounting department to follow up on payments due to the company.
• Submit daily and weekly reports including but not limited to progress reports on calls, proposals and visits carried out.
• Should be confident and energetic individual
• Good command of the English language (oral and written)
• Knowledge of UAE market
• Leadership skills
• Project management coordination
• Computer skills / good presentation skills
Requirements
• Min. Requirements
• More than 5 years’ experience in the field of sales in UAE especially for interior fit Out companies
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Interior Design is an advantage
• Relevant Experience in Interior Fit Out Company
• Driving License is a must
