Business Development Manager - Interior Fitouts
Salary: Share of profits
Location: Dubai, UAE
Our client is a Dubai based Interior Design and Project Management firm highly specialised in Design and Delivery of various Interiors projects. In operation for 6 years and having their own joinery factory, they have multiple SME projects. As a result of their expansion we are seeking an experienced individual who can generate business and the option of becoming a partner in the organisation. This is not a salary paying role, but an opportunity for an entrepreneurial spirited person to reap the rewards of your own success.
Responsibilities
• Research and prepare a contact list of prospective clients
• Utilise proven methods and support tools to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients.
• Tap into your current network within the industry and across the board
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Prepare and present client proposals / quotations to secure new business
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years experience and possess a network of contacts in the UAE
• Possess strong sales, presentation ability, negotiation and technical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal are essential
• UAE Driving License
• Candidates with experience in a similar industry preferred, and from Real Estate would be considered.
